As Vice President of Business Development, Andrew
is responsible for growing & cultivating Kel & Partners client
base. He understands that client acquisition is not just about making
a quick sale & moving on. It is about establishing a long-term
relationship that brings value to a client over time. He also knows
that starting new relationships is simply not enough - relationships
must be nurtured in a way that makes customers excited to continue
to do business with Kel & Partners.
Andrew's client-side background includes over 10 years experience in sales, business
development, customer service & sales management. In all of his roles, Andrew
has been extremely focused on growing company revenues by developing a sales
process that focuses on solutions to satisfy customer needs. In addition, Andrew
has also been actively involved in making marketing decisions & in selling
advertising & marketing services, so he understands both sides of the business.
Before joining Kel & Partners, Andrew was in charge of sales for both Casino
City Press Inc. & Casino City Inc., where he grew sales of these well-established
businesses by 100% & 500% respectively in just 12 months. Previously, he was
in charge of all business development, sales & customer service functions
for TrueAdvantage Inc., a start-up online information services company. There,
he helped grow revenue from zero to $2 million plus in 18 months. Andrew also
was the top inside sales person at Nextel Communications' Northeast Division
where he received over a dozen top sales awards.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration
in General Management from Bryant University in Rhode Island .
